Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BellHeir Enterprises LLC., operating HeirPorts, handles personal information across our website, mobile app, transportation, rental-request, driver, and fleet-management services.

Effective August 11, 2026Version 2026-08-11
Important: A ride or rental request is not confirmed until BellHeir expressly accepts it. Prices, cancellation terms, and any deposit will be disclosed before a confirmed booking becomes binding.

1. Who we are

BellHeir Enterprises LLC. (“BellHeir,” “HeirPorts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides prearranged transportation, trip-request, driver, vehicle-rental-request, dispatch, and fleet-management services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New York. This policy applies when you use HeirPorts, contact us, submit a form, request a service, apply to drive, or interact with our operations.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use HeirPorts, we may collect:

  • Contact and account information: name, phone number, email address, login details, communication preferences, and account identifiers.
  • Trip and rental information: pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, stops, passenger count, flight details, accessibility requests, vehicle preferences, trip status, and related notes.
  • Location information: approximate or precise device location when permission is granted; driver location while available or completing an assigned trip; and location events needed for pickup, dispatch, safety, and trip status.
  • Payment information: Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, refunds, limited card details such as brand and last four digits, and wallet selection. BellHeir does not receive or store full card numbers or wallet credentials.
  • Driver and fleet information: application details, license and eligibility information, availability, Uber account-status confirmations, vehicle assignments, inspections, maintenance, earnings, and performance records.
  • Device, usage, and support information: device type, app version, IP address, diagnostics, log data, messages, calls, support requests, and fraud or safety signals.

3. How information is collected

We collect information directly from you, automatically from the HeirPorts website or app, from drivers and fleet operations, from payment and technology providers, and from screening or verification providers when you separately authorize those services. We do not use a background-check acknowledgment in a general application as a substitute for any separate disclosure or authorization required by law.

4. How we use information

  • Receive, review, quote, confirm, dispatch, monitor, and complete rides or rental requests.
  • Create and manage rider, driver, and owner accounts and provide customer support.
  • Process payments, refunds, receipts, driver earnings, and fraud-prevention checks.
  • Provide pickup, navigation, trip-status, safety, accessibility, and emergency-support features.
  • Verify eligibility, administer drivers and vehicles, maintain records, and enforce policies.
  • Secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve HeirPorts and comply with legal, tax, insurance, regulatory, and safety obligations.
  • Send service communications. Promotional messages are sent only as permitted by law, and you may opt out of marketing without losing service notices.

5. When information is shared

We may share only what is reasonably necessary with assigned drivers, dispatch and fleet personnel, Stripe and financial partners, maps/location providers, hosting, database, analytics, communications, identity, background-screening, safety, insurance, legal, and professional-service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, to investigate fraud or safety concerns, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Location information

Riders may allow location access to simplify pickup selection and view trip progress. Drivers may be asked to allow foreground or background location while online, assigned, en route, or completing a trip. We do not need continuous location access when a driver is off duty. You can change permissions in device settings, but some dispatch, tracking, or safety features may stop working. See the Location & Payment Data Disclosure for more detail.

7. Payments and driver payouts

Stripe processes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other enabled payment methods. For driver cash-outs, Stripe may also collect and verify payout-recipient and bank-account or eligible debit-card details through its secure interfaces. BellHeir receives transaction and payout information needed to manage bookings, receipts, refunds, approved driver balances, payout confirmations, disputes, and fraud, including limited destination details such as method type and last four digits. BellHeir does not receive or store full card or bank-account numbers. Apple or Google may separately process wallet information under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Account information is generally kept while the account is active. Trip, payment, tax, insurance, safety, and dispute records may be retained for up to seven years or longer when required by law or an active claim. Driver and applicant records may be retained for the period permitted or required by employment, screening, insurance, and transportation rules. Backup deletion can take additional time. You may request deletion at heirports.com/account-deletion; we will delete or de-identify data not subject to a lawful retention requirement.

9. Your choices and rights

You may update account details, change device permissions, decline or revoke text-message consent, opt out of promotional messages, and request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of personal information. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from the applicable sending number. We keep the date, source, and status of a text-message consent or opt-out as compliance evidence. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. Rights vary by location and may have legal exceptions. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where applicable.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, medical records, or account passwords through public forms or text messages.

11. Children

HeirPorts accounts are not intended for children under 18. A parent or legal guardian must arrange any permitted transportation involving a minor and comply with the booking terms. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as HeirPorts changes. The effective date and version will be posted at the top. Material changes may also be presented in the app. For privacy questions or requests, call or text (856) 944-9537 or use our Customer Support page.
